Tres Leches is a very refreshing biscuit cake soaked in milk and topped with caramel, originally  from Latin America. It has become popular in our region in the last few years. Tres Leches means three milks. Now, especially in the countries of the Balkans, cow's milk, milk powder and sweet cream are used.

The mixture for Tres Leches is made in such a way that with only one addition, you can make a biscuit that is baked for about 15 minutes in 5 minutes. The biscuit is very airy. After baking, the hot cake is soaked in cold cream and milk, after which we pour caramel over the cake. Caramel topping for Tres Leches is the main thing that gives the cake an exquisite, recognizable and perfect taste.
