  • Measure 150 ml of cold milk or water (preferably straight from the fridge).
  • Pour it into a deep mixing container and add the contents of the packet.
  • Mix with an electric mixer:
    • Start on low speed for about 30 seconds.
    • Then switch to high speed and mix for 5 minutes until the cream thickens.
  • For extra sweetness, add C powdered sugar to taste.
