Mlinci are very popular in many kitchens and are considered a classic accompaniment to festive meals. Their neutral aroma and crunchy texture go perfectly with different types of meat and sauces, providing an additional dimension of flavor to the meal.
Break the mlince and boil them briefly in hot water or milk to which a little oil has been added. Pour over the cooking juices (you can also use the oil itself) and season with pepper, garlic, parsley and other spices to taste. It can be topped with ready-made seasoning made from mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, etc. of your own choice.
