Vanilla pudding, a classic among puddings, is ideal as an independent dessert, but it can also be the basis for numerous desserts, combined with fruit, biscuits, nuts or simply decorated with whipped cream.
Preparation: Mix pudding powder with 3 tablespoons (40 g) of sugar. Take 6 tablespoons from ½ l of cold milk and mix them well with the pudding and sugar mixture. Boil the rest of the milk, remove from the heat and add the whipped pudding powder to it and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Pour the hot pudding into moistened bowls and leave to cool. Decorate the finished pudding with whipped cream, Dolcela foam, chocolate decorations, fresh or candied fruit, fruit syrups, juices or compotes.
